I recommend immersion for this...if you're not in the mood, I'd rather you don't do it. This requires 25 minutes of uninterrupted time, where you can take time with the work. This goes for both audio and visual, although the audio experience has the option of being able to move.This all sounds terribly earnest...please feel free to do whatever you like.
